Last night we had a beautiful Lunar Eclipse that ended with a blood moon. No more words needed, Nature is amazing!

While I had Pau @ the studio I asked her to model me for a couple ideas I had in mind for my personal work and an upcoming exhibition. Here are those 2 photos.

So hard to chose only a few faves of this session to put here. Pau was a delight to work with, she is not only beautiful and a great ballerina, but a very very nice girl. This session was a lot of fun. Thanks Pau for being such a great model, I loved working with you!
Mi chiquitita
The cutest baby girl ever! She is my niece. I am in love with this little human, every time she smiles it melts my heart. Since day one I set up a permanent studio in my bedroom to take advantage of every minute i could to shoot photos.
I also had the chance to photograph her outside under the beautiful apple trees in her home, I even built a nest for the occasion.

Le Claire II
Le Claire is such a great little town. In my last visits we found a fair going on along the river side because that weekend was going to be the Tug Fest. I love fairs, they are very interesting photo subjects, and even though it was being set up I could still shot a few frames. Of course we did some selfies too, but that day I forgot the selfie stick home so K’s arm had to do!
I also visited the Buffalo Bill Museum, very interesting place! it is filled with a lot of history and old objects, Santi is going to love it and i am sure my would have gone nuts there if he had the chance to see it. I loved the museum!
I’ve never seen a real Te-Pee before
I had the chance to go back at night, I got to see the fireworks on the river form the car on our way there and then went to the fair, we listened to the Brat Pack group and even danced a bit to some oldies.
This was my last night in Iowa before I head back home. I loved Le Claire and I hope to be back soon.
